so i did two tests yesterday. i took my dose of glycophase on an empty stomach fasted and then i tested my glucose levels after. i also did my glucose again with my post workout meal which is one of my highest carb meals of the day.

so normal fasted glucose is 91. with glycophase it came down to 56.

after my post workout meal without glycophase it was 163. i will check with my dose of glycophase tomorrow, to see what the difference is.

my post workout meal looks like this:
