I take 6400mg before i lift. I dont spread it out. For me it's like a tylenol kinda. I only take it when I am going to utilize it. It does take a bottle to get it going. it is otc after all and wont work for major issues. BUt if you stop it and dont notice anything, then its not for you lol.
