Re: Over the last 10 15 yrs

It is crazy to see how out of shape some people get. I wonder if they see it as much since they see themselves on a daily basis.

Re: Poll: Log book or no log book?

I feel many of the young kids and older folk don't keep logs. It's hard to know whether or not strength is truly increasing without keeping records. I like how you roll sir.

      Agree.

Being able to log reps, tempo, weight lifted, etc is very important for progress. If one continues with the same loads, same amount of volume, same tempo, it will be impossible to make...

Poll: Log book or no log book?

How many of you use a log beat and try to keep track/beat previous PR's. I feel it is an often overlooked aspect of making good progress by means of progressive overload.

      Do you log workouts? Why...

Very interesting. I can see how one would make some incredible gains on tren alone, but if it mitigates sides that much this could be a game changer.

    43. Re: Omega-3 fish oil supplements may lower heart attack risk

Absolutely. An often overlooked aspect of this game is nutrition and support supps. So many can reap the benefits from simply adding some EPA and DHA.
    44. Re: Omega-3 fish oil supplements may lower heart attack risk

I always make sure to get enough EPA and DHA daily. There's just too much research from the past to point towards its benefits and potential to help improve lipid profiles.

      Good article!
