I eat a 6oz apple with my morning protien drink and another 6oz apple but skinless in the afternoon with a can of tuna. I do this all the way up to a show when I diet.

Humalin r is pretty good and its the easies to get without a script. Humalog is faster acting but works about the same its just with humalog you can bet in about 20 minutes you have to eat!
