That's basically it, just a cleanse.. not for fat loss at all. I was reading about the "Master Cleanse" detox program where you drink a mix of lemonade, maple syrup and cayanne pepper... and thought...
I was wondering if any of you guys/gals had any thoughts/experiences with body detox (fasting, etc.)?
I know all the reasons why this isnt good from a muscle building / fat loss point of view.....
i'll look around for those rubber sheets that they give to kids who wet the bed, let you know what i find..... lol :rasp:

personally i'd stick with the real cheese instead of the fat free stuff... they usually add sugar to make up for the missing fat. just my opinion tho
