Great post. Very similar to DC stretching but with a few twists... I know for sure that DC stretching works (at least for me) and this seems to go beyond that. I recommend looking at the DC...
I do DC style as well. Have seen tremendous results in last few months. I don't expect I will ever go back.

For me... Rack Chins, wide grip pull-up negatives to start, GC Pull downs, wide grip pull downs, DB pull overs!, glose grip palm out pull downs! Pull-ups, chin-ups... but rack chins and of course...
When doing DC style training the key is CONTROL THE WEIGHT AT ALL TIMES. For example a long negative on heavy deads is dangerous... just control the weight.
It is also a good idea to take your DC...
