It is pretty good.
Take 100mg-250mg 1-3 times daily. On training days take 1 dose approx. 30 minutes before training.
Cycle on for 4-6wks max, then Cycle off for 2-4 weeks before...

Sounds like too much Vitamin C.
Im no expert, but I do know 2,000mg is the max per day for Men. He is taking about 8,000mg according to this diet. :eek:
