get some B5 from GNC. probably labeled Pantothenic Acid. Take 5 grams a day.

you will only find B5 (pantothenic acid) at big drug stores like GNC, not at eckerd or walgreens. i used it but i dont think i took enough since it didnt help much. like you mine was after the cycle
