Bulk up. Keep BF as low as reasonably possible.... but put on some size in the Chest & Shoulders. Also, hit the legs. Big legs make the rest of your body grow too.

So far no problems at all. Nips began hurting once but took Nolvadex for about 3 whole days and the pain left, never to return.

Still need an answer as to how to use this stuff. Looks like I have 10,000iu. According to the info I read, I'm only supposed to use 500iu twice a week. This means I have entirely more than I thought...
