That's a great question. All I've seen is run it at 800 mg a day for a week with either slin or high carbs
Then drop down to maintenance like creatine

Thanks for your input guns. I was taking it with carbs as I don't use slin.

Funny I asked the clinic I got my stuff from if I needed to load it. Nah I don't see any benifits from loading it....
