HCG helps a lot. 500iu per week or twice a week should do the trick. Good luck

That's what training is all about. stick to a plan and go balls to the wall.
Always use the smallest amount of gear needed. If you start with to much where you going to be in 5 years. Doses go up over time so be smart people. I've been at this over 30 years and I'm still on....

I'm up most days by 3:am I love it. I have my coffee and I just relax until about 5 or 6 then train. Best time of the day. No one to bother me at this time, It's great.
Glute's are fine Quads kill me. I'm always hitting something when I pin Quads.
Let's see, started in 1977 and still going strong today. lots of years and old to boot.

Got a party Saturday. Sunday I have to catch up on some work as I was lazy this week at work. Saturday will be fun with wife and family but Sunday will suck.
Going to movies with wife to see Hercules Friday, Saturday is training day, and Sunday is rest/beach day.

This is a great read. It's spot on. I've suffered many of these thing as I've been fairly good from the 1980 to the 2000, That's a long time. I suffer from depression, extreme pain in all my joints....
