No you misread, Back on Tuesday and Arms on Thursday. The 5x5 program doesn't necessarily have a "leg day." So I just do squats Mon, Wed, Fri in a 5x5 type program.

You need Myofascial release, ultra-sound, and taping. Easy fix if done by the right practitioner. ;)
