2-3 ius is best to start with! i did the mistake and started at 5ius and CTS was so bad and feet where swollen.
start slow and after that do small increaments. good luck and have fun!

Try doing them in the smith machine i find it works great, but i do alternate from squat wrack to smith.
Well everytime i go on gear they just explode its always been that way. but back is usaly lat pull down, one arm row, cable machine row, quarter dead lift, and behind the neck pulls wich i love....

I once did 150mg oral winny ed and was loosing a bit but if i combine all of them at a reasonable dosage then its all good. plus i'm married so i dont need my hair lol:silly:
Did deca tren winny masteron once with no problems. i think its cuz i didn;t use high dose
