12 weeks cycle
then 16 weeks out to competition, so
4 week bridge
then 12 week cycle to competition

Site injections are good, but I heard that site injections blur out striations. As such, how many weeks should one stop with site injections for contest prep?

The strategy for me was to bulk up with deca and prop for 6 weeks, then get hard with tren and prop during the last 3 weeks. Worked very well for me.
