      I did a water fast for 5 days last summer. I was hungry the first couple of days but I got through it. Lost 10 pounds and actually felt pretty good after. Didn’t gain it back either

      I eat them here and there. I remember trying the protein powder as well. I never had any issues with extra estrogen with my blood tests

      Perfect advice. Nothing like yours, but 4 years ago I had a heart attack. Totally changed everything for me. I now get my bloodwork done every 6 months and I just cruise on a trt like dose. Good luck...
