this is my second cycle first one was 400mg a week gained 15 pounds lost 5. I'm 185 low bf

is 150 for QV eth 10 ml and 175 for Qv deca about right ?

whats better 500mg test 300mgs deca 10 weeks or 750mgs test a week 10weeks

also should I split up the shots of test like 250mgs 3times a week
