You definatly need high fat if you are going with the low carbs.
Try a few table spoons of Flax through out the day and if you cant stomach drinking it off the spoon, then add them to your shakes.

I am not new to body building but have never cut up before.
The diet that has been made for me it basically a very low carb diet with high protein and high fat (good fats)

My advice is get hold of some cheap meats from a butchers(Chicken etc) they maybe slightly higher in fat but as long as your protein is up there it should stop the Ally McBeal syndrome.
