I wouldn't over think it.. I have a Keurig for when I want a single cup or a different blend or certain kind .. But I have a bunn coffee maker for when I make a pot of coffee to drink in the morning...

Lol delts are my favorite to hit.. It does push hard tho... But I never get sore in my delts from pinning..
