Duraplex (NPP) has worked very well for my joints. I take 100mg eod on almost all cycles for the healing properties you mention and it works 100% for sure!!

Nah I wasn't doing it for spot growth , just had to do biceps out of curiosity.........I don't think I'll be doing Bi's again anytime soon. I think I'll stick with quads and delts from now on.

I mix mine with Eq and the pain is still there but not as bad as taking it alone. I just did both delts :) they feel a little sore but I can live with it knowing the pay off. Good Luck bro
