well really going to depends how much test u are using.....but of course if you know you are highly sensitive to estrogen conversion u should always run an AI....I am fairly gyno prone, on anything...

exactly, its anti-e properties are great and the extra strength never hurts.......will bald you like nothing else if you are prone to it though
