Agree. Just stop everything at the same time. For recovery use 6-OXO, nolva, or clomid. Add some flax oil as well.

General rule: 4 on, 4 off (use anti- E such as 6-oxo, nolva, or clomid), 4 on, 8 off (again using an anti-E). Repeat as necessary.

Oh yeah, as far as being off throw in 3-5 tablespoons of flax.
