TweetI have been on a little over a month now. I think I will do the rest later here is what it has done
1- 20mg and 10mg per day had the same effect on energy level. Fat loss may be different if I had ran it longer at 20mg
2- I lost about 2" off my belly with training and meals the same
3- Energy levels were up but not the jittery kind of energy
4- I could do more sets and reps
5- Weight stayed pretty much the same so I lost fat and gained lean mass
In all it was a great run. My receptors need a rest and I will start up again.
TweetGW50 is arguably my favorite - that and S4 are about tied.
You did the right thing by lowering the dose. If you do not get more endurance at a higher dose, then drop it down! GW50 is different for everyone. For me, 30mg is the sweet spot...which makes me jealous of you! Your bottle lasts a lot longer than mine.
