      A HUGE thank you to SARMSSEARCH.COM for allowing me to log their newest addition S23! I've heard a lot of great things about this SARM and I can not wait to see what it does for me. I will be using it for the strength gains mostly. What size I get from it is a bonus of course.

      About me:

      I am using Intermittent fasting with a Ketogenic diet.
      Currently 196lbs at approx 14% BF
      I weight train 3-4 days a week, focusing on compound movements.

      My S23 Goals:

      To improve all 3 lifts but main focus is on my squat.

      Current MAX:

      Bench 285 Goal:315
      Dead lift 315 Goal: 405
      Squat 335 Goal 425
      *my numbers SUCK but thats because i havent focused on strength in years, always working on hypertrophy/TUT training.


      Current Macros:

      I consume 100g protein 220g fat and 30g carbs (max but goal is 0) a day.


      I will log my workouts and note what I experience with S23. Possibly add a video here and there.

      LEG DAY

      Pre-Workout snack: Keto Biscuit
      Pre-Workout Drink: BPI Best Pre


      Leg day today. I didnt have a lot of time this morning so I kept it simple.

      BB Squat
      *warm up sets
      2 sets of 8 with 135
      2 sets of 6 with 185
      2 Sets of 4 with 225

      *Work sets
      4 sets of 2-3 with 315

      LEG PRESS

      1 set of 10 reps with 315
      1 set of 10 reps with 405
      1 set of 10 reps with 495
      1 set of 10 reps with 585
      1 set of 10 reps with 675
      1 set of 10 reps with 765

      SEATED LEG CURL

      4 sets of 8-10 reps w/110,120,130,130

      SEATED CALF RAISE

      4 sets of 10 w/225

      Finished off with some lower ab work.


      Overall I felt great and decently strong. My squat went down from last week as I did 316 for 6 with no problem but the 2-3 reps today were a tad harder than normal. I could have squeezed out 4 maybe 5 reps but i'm not going full throttle just yet. I want my strength to climb slowly and steadily.


      I am taking S23 every night pre bed (unless someone suggest a better time) at 20mg. After a week to 10 days i'll increase to 40mg unless i'm seeing noticeable strength gains with 20mg. No reason to increase the dose if 20mg is working well.

      Feeling pretty good with S23 so far, im feeling stronger each workout. The weight i normally use is much lighter now, which is awesome.

      LEG DAY pretty much sucked today. I was up most of the night with cramps in my calf. Well, not the calf but the PERONEUS LONGUS. Damn thing will lock up and wont let go. I have to get out of bed, walk around and massage it.

      So, it was sore as hell the next morning and squats were very painful. I had to use knee wraps and the bands to help me get the weight back up. VERY bad leg day.


      QUADS

      BB SQUATS 315lbs 4 sets of 5 reps
      SINGLE LEG PRESS 315 FOR 3 SETS 6 405 FOR 3 SETS OF 6 (EACH LEG)
      STIFF LEG DEAD LIFT ON SQUAT MACHINE 4 SETS 10 REPS WITH 405
      LYING SINGLE LEG CURL 4 SETS 6 REPS 70LBS PER LEG
      SINGLE LEG EXT 4 SETS 6 REPS WITH 60LBS PER LEG

      * I did attempt seated calf raises but way to painful

      Overall not impressed with my leg day. The strength was there but the pain held me back big time. I may up the dose to 40mg next week.

      We had a logger on another board comment that he had "tren rage" after his very first 40mg dose the day he got the product and it made him relapse back into smoking so he isn't going log anymore. Pretty sure he was just trying to get free product and this was his way to back out.

      WTF? lol NO nothing like that with me, IMO thats bull shit. I feel great, strength is climbing and no sides at all. So far a solid product.

      Headed to the gym for a basic arms/shoulder workout. Felt really good this morning strength was up.


      BICEPS

      Preacher Machine Curls: sets 6 reps 100lbs
      Incline DB Curls (used my fatgripz) 4 sets 8 reps with 25lbs... these are so much harder with the gripz lol


      TRICEPS

      Decline CGBP 5 sets 5 reps with 185lbs ... nice and slow with a hard squeeze at the top
      Cable Press Downs 5 sets 8-10 reps with 100lbs... nice and slow with a hard squeeze at the bottom

      SHOULDERS

      Standing BB Press 5 sets 6 reps with 95,105,115,135
      EZ Bar Side Raise 3 sets 10 reps with 40lbs


      CARDIO

      Stairmaster: level 6 for 15min


      Overall I am feeling stronger, I am currently on 40mg of S# and i'm noticing nice increases in my strength. What is normally heavy and hard to rep is now easier to rep. Like the 100lb preacher curls felt a lot easier. Still heavy and hard but not as difficult as before.

      Awesome back day today. I hit my Deadlift goal! Walked into the gym with a lot of energy and drive and walked right over to the dead lift area. NAILED it!


      BACK

      Sumo Dead Lifts 4 x 5 with 275 ... stayed light with this until I get the form perfect but feel i can get really heavy with it.
