      Considering the following 10 week cycle
      Any feedback would be appreciated
      First 8 week YK-11 18 mcg / split 3 times per day
      8 weeks of Ostarine/25 mcg per day, after the first 2 weeks of YK-11(6 week crossover).
      Bookend the cycle:
      Starting with Igf-1EC pegylated/200mcg every other day /4 week (site specific/post workout )
      Ending with Igf-Lr3/100mcg/every day/4 week (split post-workout& pre- bedtime )
      Clenbuterol/40 mcg/twice a day/2 weeks on/2 weeks off ( throughout the cycle )

      Anti-est???
      Diet recommendations????

      The MK2866 looks good, but with our products it will be difficult to dose 18mg (not mcgPre-contest Cycle). I personally think that's way high on the YK11. I'm not sure if you've used other suppliers YK or not, but ours is super potent! 5mg/ed is recommended, at least for a week or so. Maybe bump to 10mg/ed after 10 days & see how your body takes to it.

      Anti-e's: Yes, at least a mini PCT is necessary if you run YK11. Some may say not necessary, but I err on the side of caution. Better safe than sorry!

      I'll leave the Igf-Lr3 to others to comment on. I've used it numerous times, but not in years.

      I've never taken any of the sarms you listed, so I'm not sure about the dosing...etc. diet tho...not sure what your goals are. Are u looking to bulk up a bit or get ripped up? Or just a healthy look?

      what does diet look like? and what will your workout look like? Not much experience with sarms. opposed to aas?
