Yo

Slowing Down to Speed Up

For those of you old enough to have driven a stick shift, you’ll relate to this.

I remember experiencing an interesting phenomenon the first time I drove a manual transmission car.

When I would let off the gas just a touch, it was easier to shift into the next year.

Pushing harder wasn’t the best way to go faster.

And it definitely wasn’t the best way to maximize fuel economy.

Or take care of your engine.

I noticed the same thing happening in my body when I was pushing it to the limit a few years ago.

No matter how hard I pushed, or how many energy drinks and cups of coffee I drank, I couldn't produce any more output.

And my engine was starting to sputter.

That’s when I took a step back and let my foot off the gas.

Started focusing more on QUALITY work than QUANTITY work.
And put more energy into specific goals, rather than bouncing around like a head with my chicken cut off.

That's what this Weekly SaltWrap is all about.
How to slow down, just a bit, in order to speed up.

In terms of productivity, energy and mood --- I used several tools to get myself out of that slump.

Including better work habits, improved sleep efficiency, and diet.

One of the most effective tools I used was adaptogenic herbs.

Adaptogens have an almost magical ability to reset the human 'thermostat'.

If you're tweaked out and wired, they can calm you.
If you're low on energy, they sharpen your mind.

Maybe it was the Placebo Effect in action, but I credit adaptogens for pulling me out of a serious slump.

This led to the eventual development of Adaptogen Greens.

Our 4 ingredient adaptogen blend is designed to bolster energy, cognitive performance, and stress-free productivity.

Adaptogen Greens is easily our most underrated product.

If you're stressed. Frazzled.
Anxious.
Low on energy.
And coffee just ain't doing the trick anymore..

Try it out.

You might be surprised at just how much fuel is really in your tank.

This week, we cover some little known tricks for doing more, with less.

Layer these tactics into your schedule in the upcoming week.

And watch your mental clarity spike, while your stress levels drop.
