Director of R&D
SaltWrap Biolabs

P.S.

I get a lot of requests to write down the whole story about Mag R&R (without having to watch a video). So I posted it below. How we developed it, why it's a superior formula, and how it can help you. See below...

P.S.S.

New products! We're working on TWO exciting new developments for 2018.
One involves weight loss and pain relief... it's a brain dump from myself and our trainers on how to lose fat and relieve joint pain through the power of nutrition..

The other new development is closely related...we're working on a coffee creamer that is completely different from ANY thing you've ever seen. Can't say too much about it yet. But if you are a coffee drinker, keep your 'eyes peeled for when we launch this one.

[FULL STORY]

....

If you suffer from muscle pain, cramps, tension, spasms...
I've got some exciting news for you.

But first, a quick story.

This illustrates how your problems begin..
and hints at how we can fix it.

...A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to a student audience.

As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected the psychologist would ask the old standby question:

“Is this glass half-full, or half-empty?”

Instead, with a smile on her face, she asked:
"How heavy is this glass of water?"

Student guesses ranged from 8 to 20 ounces…

She replied, "The absolute weight doesn't matter.”

“You see, it depends on how long I hold it.
If I hold it for a minute, it's not a problem.
If I hold it for an hour, I'll have an ache in my arm.
If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed."

"In each case, the weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.

The stressors in your life are like this glass of water.
Carry them with you for a little while, and nothing happens.
Carry them longer, and they begin to become heavier.

And if you carry them all day long, eventually the weight will become too heavy.
You’ll be paralyzed.”

This story is a sobering reminder to put the "glass of water" down each day.

If you don’t… stress accumulates.
And we're not just talking about mental stress.

This same story describes all the little reasons why your muscles are tense and cramping...
And why your pain tolerance isn't what it used to be...

Now.. let’s get to the point of my email:

The food that can cause (or prevent) muscle pain, cramps, tension, spasms…

It can make the difference between a good night’s rest, and a miserable night of tossing and turning.

Of feeling energetic and full of life.Or feeling like crap.
This “food” is pretty much everywhere.

You consume it daily—when you eat green vegetables, nuts, and anything that's earth-grown.

But studies show 48% of Americans don’t get enough.
And if you aren’t getting enough, you could experience any or all of the following (with symptoms getting progressively worse over time).

Cramping, nerve transmission problems, muscle fatigue, and even cognitive processing problems…

Here is a complete list of ailments associated with not getting enough:

Muscular Problems:

Weakness
Muscle spasms
Tics
Muscle cramps
Hyperactive reflexes
Impaired muscle coordination (ataxia)
Tremors
Involuntary eye movements and vertigo
Difficulty swallowing

Neurological Problems:
Behavioral disturbances
Irritability and anxiety
Lethargy
Impaired memory and cognitive function
Anorexia or loss of appetite
Nausea and vomiting
Seizures

Other Dangerous Conditions:
Depression
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Sleep problems
Migraine
Cluster headaches
Chest pain (angina)
Cardiac arrhythmias
Coronary artery disease and atherosclerosis
Hypertension

The “food” I’m talking about is actually a mineral present in many foods. But unfortunately for you and me, it’s getting harder to consume enough of it just by eating a healthy diet..

The powerful, elemental mineral I’m talking about is Magnesium.

Studies over the past decade have shown that nearly 48% of the US population consumes less than the required amount of magnesium from food. [1]

Urban sprawl and agricultural overuse have depleted our soil of its mineral content. This is another good reason to eat locally grown, organic foods. And why magnesium supplements have skyrocketed in popularity over the past few years. [2]

Magnesium supplements have been hailed for decades as effective solutions to some migraine headaches, enhancement of memory and learning, and even regional pain syndrome. [3] Past studies have shown that patients with low serum magnesium levels correlate with increased perceived pain levels, and that magnesium intervention clearly helps. [4]

But a recent, ground-breaking study elevated magnesium to a whole new level.
In 2012, the Journal of Pain & Relief published a study that showed magnesium intervention successfully helped a patient with chronic back pain produce “substantial improvements in pain, flexibility and functionality.” [5]

The researchers in this study used two different types of magnesium: Magnesium Glycinate and a topical (gel) form of magnesium.

This study is what got us looking closely at magnesium deficiencies in our clients.

And it kick started our research on the highly bio-available Magnesium Glycinate.

In the conclusion of the study, researchers clearly stated that their “patient experienced rapid reduction in his myofascial pain, with sustained improvements in flexibility and functionality without the use of any other pain medications.

This study didn’t get much press, but it sure grabbed our attention!

We quickly realized that the market was FLOODED with cheap magnesium.
Common forms like Magnesium Oxide are better than nothing… but these are not readily absorbed in the intestinal walls (which leads to loose stools and occasional diarrhea, especially in high doses). [6]

But Magnesium Glycinate is different.

It's a combination of two separate compounds: the mineral Magnesium, and the amino acid Glycine.

Glycine is a popular calming amino acid. This makes the combination a perfect fit: improved bio-availability and a decreased laxative effective since glycine is actively transported through the intestinal wall.

When we first started experimenting with it, our team reported improved sleep and feelings of relaxation before bed.
That “glass of wine” feeling—without the alcohol.
We knew we were onto something, but we didn’t stop there…

We kept digging, and decided that we wanted to create the FIRST nighttime recovery, stress, sleep, and tension supplement. One that is NON-addictive. Doesn’t make you feel hungover. And actually has research to back it up.

A true natural muscle relaxant that has clinically proven natural ingredients, in clinically-effective dosages.

Because of the clinically-proven power of Magnesium, we based our formula on this vital mineral, aptly naming it Mag R&R.

While most magnesium supplements on the market contain 100 mg to 400 mg of cheap magnesium (like magnesium oxide), Mag R&R contains a category-leading 900 mg of Magnesium Glycinate.

Mag R&R contains a category-leading 900 mg of Magnesium Glycinate.

While Magnesium Glycinate does wonders for overall nervous system health and muscle relaxation, we wanted to develop a solution that ALSO aids in recovery and central nervous system health.

Many of our clients suffer from Generalized Central Nervous System Fatigue (CNSF).

CNSF is a form of fatigue that is associated with changes in the synaptic concentration of neurotransmitters within the central nervous system. It affects exercise performance and muscle function, and is a fairly common side effect from prolonged exercise and lifestyle stress.

When you add rigorous training on top of a demanding career, a busy family life, and three cups of coffee per day—there is simply no way you can recover and feel your best.

So we went in search of natural herbs and nutrients that are proven to boost recovery and help combat the symptoms of nervous system fatigue.

Our research took us into the Arctic Regions and mountains of Central Asia… where a cold-weather plant known as the “Arctic Root” has been used for centuries as a medicinal herb.

Growing in these high-altitude regions is a perennial flowering plant from the family Crassulaceae. This resilient little plant thrives at altitudes of 7,000+ feet—where most vegetation freezes and dies.

Russians have used it for centuries to battle the cold Siberian climate and survive immensely stressful terrain.

In traditional Chinese medicine, it was known as hóng jǐng tiān, where it was used to prevent altitude sickness and improve recovery time. [7,8]

Today, scientific studies have confirmed what ancient Medicine-Men knew all along: Rhodiola rosea is a super-herb, capable of boosting recovery and performance.

Here’s a short list of clinically-supported benefits of Rhodiola Rosea:

  • Reduces exercise related muscle damage and stress [11,12]
  • Improves exercise performance and endurance [11,13]
  • Reduces depressive symptoms [14,15]
  • Improves symptoms of lifestyle-related stress [9,16]

Clinically-effective dosages of Rhodiola range from 50 mg to 300 mg (and higher when researchers study specific ailments).

We included 120 mg of Rhodiola in Mag R&R to ensure we went above and beyond the clinically effective dose for improving performance, recovery, and stress-related symptoms.

We also added an organic form of Ashwagandha Root—scientifically known as “Withania Somnifera.” It’s an Ayurvedic Herb traditionally used for immune support, energy, and relaxing the mind & body.

Ashwagandha is also an "adaptogen"—meaning it helps the body adapt to stress and to exert a normalizing effect when faced with outside stressors. It's shown in clinical studies to:

  • Lower feelings of stress and anxiety [18,19]
  • Support immune system function [20]
  • Increase cardiovascular endurance [21]

The clinically effective dose of Ashwagandha is typically between 50 mg and 500 mg—Mag R&R uses 120 mg of pure, Organic Ashwagandha Root Powder.

With a potent dose of Magnesium Glycinate, and clinically-support doses of the super-herbs Rhodiola and Ashwagandha.. Mag R&R will have you bouncing out of bed in the morning.

But we wanted to make sure we could guarantee you the best night’s sleep you’ve ever had.

With no hangover or grogginess. Which is actually pretty tough to accomplish.
After reviewing and testing dozens of natural sleep supplements, we noticed that most herbal remedies cause drowsiness, but do nothing to improve sleep cycle regulation OR reduce wakefulness throughout the night.

And many that we tested left us feeling hungover the following morning.

I should stop here and acknowledge the importance of sleep..
You’ve probably heard that adults need 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep to recover optimally.

But sometimes that just doesn’t mesh with the real world.

If you have kids, a demanding job, or simply like to get up early and train at the gym—getting 7-8 hours of quality sleep isn’t always feasible.

Being realistic about how much sleep our clients actually get, we posed this question:

Is it possible to help people get better quality sleep in a shorter amount of time?
To improve “sleep efficiency”?

The answer is Yes. It is possible to improve sleep quality, and get more recuperative benefits of sleep (even if you don’t get a full 8 hours).
It took some digging. But we found two amino acids that actually improve sleep QUALITY.. but only when you take them together.

Here’s the short version of they work:

A BRAND NEW study published in Behavioral Brain Research (2016) reveals a natural supplement combination that not only helps you fall asleep faster, but actually improves sleep quality. [22]

The aim of this study was to investigate the sleep-promoting effect of combining γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) on sleep quality and quantity.

GABA is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter of the Central Nervous System. [23] One of its main roles in the body is to reduce nervous system excitability, helping you calm down.

It works in opposition to your “Fight or Flight” system so that your body can maintain nervous system health. Without enough GABA, excitatory neurotransmitters like Adrenaline go unchecked—leaving you feeling overstimulated and stressed out.

5-HTP , another amino acid supplement, has been clinically proven to be an effective precursor to the body’s “feel good hormone”—Serotonin. [24]

(Serotonin levels affect sleep, appetite, temperature, sexual behavior, and even pain sensations.)

While both amino acids have been widely studied as separate compounds, this experiment was the first that attempted to explain their combined role in sleep cycle regulation.

Through electroencephalogram (EEG) analysis, researchers measured sleep onset time, duration, total sleeping time and sleep quality when patients consumed the GABA/5-HTP mixture.

In addition, real-time tests were performed to analyze the signaling pathway and mechanisms of the mixture.

The experimental group who received the GABA/5-HTP mixture showed significant increases in sleep quality (and quantity) measurements over the group that received the amino acids separately.

Researchers concluded:

Our available evidence suggests that the GABA/5-HTP mixture modulates both GABAergic and serotonergic signaling. Moreover, the sleep architecture can be controlled by the regulation of GABA receptor and GABA content with 5-HTP.” [22]

While GABA and 5-HTP are great supplements for sleep health and stress when taken separately, you get a synergistic effect when they are combined.

Mag R&R contains 100 mg EACH of GABA and 5-HTP to help you get to sleep more quickly and stay asleep through the night.

Because getting good sleep is so important for recovery, mental performance, and overall health we didn’t leave anything to chance. We included three other nutrients to make sure Mag R&R delivers a consistent experience of relaxation and restful sleep, night after night:

1) Passion Flower Extract—a medicinal plan in South America and Europe since the 16th century. While previous studies have focused on the plant’s sedative effects, a 2016 study published in Phytotherapy suggests that Passionflower also:

Improves spatial memory [26]
Reduces stress [26]
And positively affects neurotransmission [26]

2) Melatonin—a naturally occurring compound secreted by the pineal gland in the human body, commonly used in supplement form to reduce symptoms of “Jet Lag” and fall asleep faster.

In clinical studies, melatonin supplements have clearly demonstrated positive effects on sleep quality (and interestingly enough, was also correlated with reduced body weight). [27]

3) Vitamin B6 (Pyrodoxine)—involved in over 100 biological processes in the body. Commonly known for its role in food metabolism and Serotonin production, B6 can be found in meats, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds—and is a common added ingredient to fortified cereals and grains.

Studies have shown that poor sleepers have lower intake levels of Vitamin B6. [25]
We included 110 mg of B6 in Mag R&R because of its vital role in the production of the “feel good” hormone Serotonin, and its relationship with sleep quality.

While other natural supplements may help with sleep, stress, or recovery—NONE can match up with our ingredient lists'
proven benefits:

·Regulates healthy muscle and nerve function [1]
·Improves pain symptoms, flexibility and functionality [5]
·Reduces exercise related muscle damage and stress [11,12]
·Improves exercise performance and cardiovascular endurance [11,13.21]
·Improves symptoms of lifestyle-related stress [9,16]
·Reduces levels of cortisol associated with stress [18]
·Supports immune system function [20]

Not only does Mag R&R promote relaxation AND a better night’s sleep, it utilizes ingredients proven to help you perform better the next day.
We invite you to compare our product to other sleep/stress/recovery supplements—label to label.

Here are some my favorite letters and testimonials we’ve received:

"It was an answer to prayer the very first night.
I have had excruciating cramps in the inner thigh for about four years (usually at night). No doctor up to now has known what could be happening. When I read the information about MAG R&R, I ordered a bottle. The first night (with 3 capsules before bed), I had no cramps. Over the next few weeks, the capsules continued to keep most of the cramps away. I have other problems (neuropathy in feet, severe arthritis in feet, and general arthritis and degeneration in the back and most joints) and have had spasms all over my body after 3 days of "overdoing it" and being on my feet all day, each day. I was unable to take the pills last night because I was sick; I had the worst night ever. My new doctor, a neurologist, is still doing tests, but he feels that even one or two more capsules each night might help me. I will try that tonight and tomorrow night and post another review soon. So far, I am very grateful for MAG R&R."
- Linda Adams

"I love this product,
have had no leg cramps since using it. even the doctors med did not work like this. will keep on using this product."

- Anonymous Customer

"Mag R&R really worked on my painful cramps.
I was skeptical at first, but it really did WORK! Also, the natural ingredients makes it even better."
- Winifred M. Taira

"This is the third time I have ordered
and have been using this product for a few months now & I can really tell a difference in my mobility & how my back, neck & shoulders feel when I take it. Within 30 minutes of taking the Mag R&R, I can feel it working as the muscles in my back, neck & shoulders relax & I can feel the muscle tension easing away. If I need to take it during the day, I only take one capsule, sometimes two, depending on how badly my back, neck or shoulders are hurting because this medication will make you drowsy, but at bedtime, I take a full 3 capsule dose & it helps with any pain, muscle spasms & also helps me sleep. If I could change anything it would be the price because it is a little pricey but it does work for me & it's available OTC & easily obtainable. I will be ordering again!!"
- Cecilia R. Poulin
