Well today was chest day
I was only at 165
Incline and I felt the strain slightly so I kept it there and did a little wider then grip
About 2" out from shoulders.
I usually do about one inch out to my thunbs.
I got to 185 chest and felt a odd burn so I went to 175 and did more reps nice and slow.
It's getting better but slowly.
And my last order tracker was printed on the 29th but has not made it to the usps office yet

I am healing up very good no more tingles and strength is coming back fast.
This combo is either going to be added to my runs or used after for better healing.
I already has a epic metabolism with test so instead of adding hgh I just might use this instead.

Feeling stronger every day and slowly getting back to where I was with strength.
My as were a good 18" no pump
Now after about 3 weeks there already down 17" no pump.

But I have been double training my legs so good for a change.
Did shoulders and legs yesterday.
Thought I was ready for delts but woke up with tingles again.

Did arms yesterday
Triceps were gtg weight was heavy and shoulders gave me zero issues.
But left hi cep still struggling with a 20 lb dumb bell.
So I did a 2 hr bi cep work out.
Did a set of 10 every 5 mins.
Both got really sore in the peak area.
Outer peaks looking way better.
So I was doing shoulders today and noticed the back left is not flexing when I do coward delt raises its using back and side delt.
It badly flexes when I tighten them up it even looks half the size of the right one.
Just when I thought it was getting stronger it is just compromising with the other muscles working harder.
Now I am concerned again.
The peps are working but my left rear delt is not....
Ok so my back is about 85% back but my left bicep is taking its sweet ass time....

Ok i was at a vitamin store complaining about my arm. This older lady said she was a specialist in something not paying attention.
But she felt around my shoulder and bicep.
Her evaluation without xray was half of my outer bi cep head is torn.
And I did feel a slight not at the top area unflexed.
She said it will still look flex with the rest of my bicep but not tight.
Which explains why it looks different.
But she did not tell me how. To heal that.

Been doing double leg Work sense this injury.
Put on my Levi's
40-32 straight legs that were slightly baggy before.
Now they look like skinny jeans.

Very nice. Better to be the guy with little upper body and massive legs IMO than the guy with toothpick legs and a swole upperbody.
