For the joint pain and shoulder relief for a little more help
Did chest today.
Kept it at 135 incline 5 sets 25 reps close grip. Wide grip makes the shoulder pain click.
Then flat bench 5 sets 25 reps.
By the last set I was tired lmao.
Never thought high reps would also give a serious burn to the tri ceps.
As for the chest it was not pumped like normal.
And the shoulders were burning good.
I only gave a min rest in between.
I am going to try this after the injury and see if is as hard.
My normal chest routine.
I am tall as hell so I always do incline first sense my lower chest grows faster.
Incline
I usually start 135 12 reps
Then 205 10 reps
Then I can get about 8 reps each set.
Then flat bench
135 15 reps
205 10 reps
Then 225 3-4 sets 8-10 reps.
This is my normal chest work out. For benching
I won't try the dumb bells with this injury.
I ordered more of these peps sense I ordered less then I needed
I will ask for a couple extra for the log hope they give some love I already used mace15 for a discount.
These things are definitely working.
The pain has gone down and strength is up.
As far as the tingles I get them here and there but not like before.
Even my foot that always clicks and has pain once in a while has not clicked all day.
Full body help.
I love it
I will have to do this twice a year like a month or two run for helping me age peacefully. [emoji23][emoji1787][emoji23][emoji1787][emoji23][emoji23][emoji1787][emoji23][emoji1787]
Feeling the injury today the only lat exercise I can do with good form is lat pull downs. And I can only add 2 45 plates before my left shoulder pulls up and out of good form.
I tried bend over rows and could not even do the straight bar and 25 plates without it going to a awkward position.
Shrugs were ok and I still can't curl over a 20pd dumb bell with out my shoulder going up.
I hate this kind of stuff.
I will just do tons of lat pull downs and try different grips.
Feeling old and weak[emoji24][emoji24][emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]
My new order was made Monday the tracking was made Tuesday. But it has not been dropped off at usps.
That storm must be causing some delays.
Hurricane weather sounds bad I will take the earth quakes in cali over those wind monsters.
The new order says it has not been received by usps but the lable was made Monday.
I checked the weather and it's raining but winds are only 6 mph
So I would say it might pop up soon without any scan updates or they just have not handed it over to usps
I did like 500 light cable pull downs and rows yesterday because my last lat run sucked compared to chest day.
This time I got sore as hell[emoji123][emoji123][emoji54][emoji54]
Did arms yesterday my tri ceps are 100% my left shoulder is about 80% good but my left bi cep still only doing high reps with a 15 pound dum bell.
Feels like it's more the small head or outer muscle of the bi cep causing strength to go way down. I can do wide curls easy with the weight but when I do inner bicep it's really straining to do its job.
I just want to grab a 40-45 lb and start doing my routine but it's not going to happen.
Other then that I feel like the peps are doing there job.
@jolter604 if you are still getting tingling I would recommend going to a chiropractor.
So my wife was massaging me and felt a hidden not in the back area away from where the pain was originally.
So we watched a chiro video on you tube and mimicked the movements as she rubbed the area with tiger balm.
It crunched out and felt good.
I have not had any major tingles sense. They were off and on before.
I am back at work today and do chest later.
Will see how it works out before I can get to the real chiro office.
