so i have now found the sweet spot. 10mg before bed the night before training and then 5mg alongside of the citriline and you have a winning set up. the pumps are absolutely painfully stupid and they last. i dont think i have lost a pump in the gym yet. some lighter individuals may be able to rock 5mg at night and 5 pre but i didnt get any change at that dosing.
also even at 15 no sinus issues or head aches. so it is a win win
