      ok everyone here we go with my log. i got this in at the end of last week and fired it up friday. it was my off training day and since everyone takes it before bed i wanted to buck the system and try something different. that and i have zero food in my system first thing in the am and with conflicting reports on carbs and this product i would like to maximize it's effect. i am currently not running any gh or any gh releasing peps or igf products. so it will be pure gh from this product. we are going to go with a daily dose of 25mg first thing in the am about 45 mins before my first meal. that's the plan of attack. so let's get this started:

      ok brief little break down:

      start weight 258 (off season and my cals are increasing)

      sub scap 14 mid axillary 4mm

      so i took the first dose on day 1 which was friday. no notice at all of any lethargy or any adverse effect whatsoever. i did get a good restful sleep even though i am up and down all night long. i dont remember most of my wake ups but i know i get up because stuff gets moved and i just know haha.

      taste is terrible but so are all of these products. i say suck it up and let it do it's job.

      so i am on day 7 of this stuff and i am going to start my daily updates now.

      day 7:

      taking it first thing in the am. no lethargy yet. i havent noticed any water retention as of yet nor any other issues. one thing i do note is that i can go to sleep within 5 minutes or so of laying down. so it is def helping me sleep at bed time

      day 9

      so i am getting a small amount of cts when i type. i can def feel a little water retention in my feet and hands both. still not seeing any lethargy or increase in appetite that i can tell. i am going right to sleep when i get in bed though. i bet if i sat still i would pass out but i am not nodding off just yet.

      only thing i noticed different today was i did get a tad bit of lethargy going. i did do legs so i will see what's up tomorrow if it is the same. i havent had that issue so far though

      day 15

      i have been super slacking on this log because this is a tough compound to really track daily.

      i am now getting lethargy pretty good and a decrease in appetite. the appetite thing could be from increasing cals but it is def there. getting some pretty good water retention going in the hands and feet also. weight is holding steady even with a cal increase. sleep is still great for me even though i am dozing off during the day from time to time

      switched it up to night time dosing. yep lethargy is still there today. i start passing out in the afternoon haha. hopefully it passes

      ok this stuff is legit kicking my ass. i went to nightly dosing a while back and the lethargy is terrible. no impact at all on my training but damn if i sit down i pass out within minutes. i am staying lean and the carpal tunnel is rocking nicely. so it is def pumping out gh for sure. if i go with this stuff again i think i will run it in 2 wk bursts only. i didnt have any issues with the lethargy until week 3 or just at the end of week 2.
