I started back this week 200mg Tprop monday and 300mg Tprop today Friday, 25mg A50 each day and 1cc MK-677 each day. Just starting back I am only doing 6-9 sets per body part with light weight just going through the motions. I am pushing 60g protein 5 meals with low carbs. I told somebody tonight how MK started to kick in today. They asked me how I can tell and was it because of the pump while working out? NOPE.

I only took in 120g carbs today 25g per workout, 50g post and rest 1 hour later around 12noon. Been eating and taking everything the same for 5 days but today I never lost my fullness after training. Some say they notice being tired or hungry I know its good when i start saying full!
