i know its here somewhere because i read it and im probably just being a blind bastard but can someone please point me to the right place or just tell me a 7 week doseing schedule for t3? correct me if im wrong but is it 25mg first week 50 second 75 third 100 fourth 75 fifth week 50 for the sixth week and 25mg the 7th? i know its something like that. ketsugo where you at bro?
Ive always read it is increasing every 3 days by 25mcg until you reach your goal dose in your case 100 then stay there until ready to start the 9 day decreasing regimen in 3 day increments.
25mcg 1-3
50mcg 4-6
75mcg 7-9
100mg 10-to whatever

thats the way i ran it but i think i run it out a little longer on the way down....for whatever reason i did 1 extra day at50 and 2 at 25....dont remember why thou....i dont think its needed but it didnt hurt eitherQuote:

ok let me ask you guys a quick question here. If you are taking something that is going to stop the production of your thyroid, no more function like t3 does, what is the point of ramping down? we don't ramp down our test before we come off. the reason isn't to get your thyroid up and going again. It's to help your body adjust to a lower level of t3 before it has none(1st day you come off). personally i don't see any dose lower than 50 worth a damn but thats me and i have only used research before. Also ramping up is only so you can assess your tolerance to the product i would say you can go up a dose every 2 days and can come down at the same speed.
I'm gonna be usisng 50mcg a day for 4-5 weeks with non ramping
you make a good point james and i havnt researched enough to know the reason that it seems that ramping up and down is protocal with most folks...if i cared enough i'd look into it but i have neither the time or the intrest with this subject. i'll try it your way though and see how it goes. only i'm using phar grade. started sat with 2, went to 3 mon and going to 4 today (100)....
