2 teaspoons chocolate whey protein powder
2 teaspoons ground flaxseed

These sound yummy Baby1! Only thing I would add a little more protein powder to up the protein grams a bit.

I use the ground flax seed and just started using Fish Oil liquid (was doing the capsules, but this lady at the vitamin store talked me into the liquid.)

What do you use (for flax and or fish) and is one better than the other you think?
