I've been on 4iu's for about 6 weeks now and, about two weeks ago, started to feel just a bit achy in the knees and hip area.
Keep in mind my training is going real well, pushing my self hard and i'm cycling at 875mg/week Test mix and 400 mg/wk EQ. Also i'm no spring chicken at 44
Think 4iu's is too much and should i go down to 3 iu's?
