is it good to take it all am time or you do like 2iu am and 2 iu before gym?
ive heard that at 3iu's you should split it up
i.ve also heard 2 in the am and 2 after w/o....(after gym)
I think 1-6 iu's should be taken after workout as long as you are not on an atkins/ketogenic diet. If you are running more than that, you are a monster and it doesn't matter! :colgate:
