Hi all! Looks like a great site! Although I've been lifting for a number of yr's,I have been reading all the wrong thing's, i.e. M&F and some of the other glossy mags. My main goals are to add strength to my back and legs.
Current max's:Bench press 335lbs Squat 355lbs Deadlift 405lbs Seated Military press 190lbs At 6'2" wt 245lbs I have recently added some GPP work I put (currently) 85lbs in a duffel bag and walk around the block, which has some nice hills.This has helped.Anyway thanks for letting me join your fine site!
