I don't know if it will be as beneficial. GH has a very short half life. So, there would be two arguements to consider. One, is it better to have a really high dose three days a week or have a slightly lower dose but for five days a week.
Let's look at dbol for an example. I know guys that SWEAR you must divide it up through out the day to keep blood levels somewhat consistant. Ok, that makes sense. But, I've also been told by several guys I respect that they would take their entire daily dose before the gym. This way, when they would train and their body was starving for nutrients after the workout, the blood levels would be very high with dbol. Ok, that could make sense too.
But, what is 'best' for the body? In my opinion, it would be best to keep the level consistant five days a week. I think it would be more beneficial because the half life of GH is very short and although you would get those really high doses.....it's only for a coulpe hours and then there's no more for 48 hours. I personally would treat it like T-3 and make sure there are steady levels so that I didn't mess up my natty GH release.
I see your point but you can't really keep your GH levels constant. Unlike say your Test levels which more or less remain constant, your GH levels constantly spike throughout the day and peak while sleeping. It would be imposs. to keep them constant.
