Gavin Kane GH only

Anyone try or think that there is a benifit to running the GH at the doses and frequency he does but without Insulin?
I was thinking of switching from 6 IU's a day x 5 w/2 off to taking that 30 or so IU's a week and taking it over 3 days so that would be 10 IU's a day x 3 days with a 1 on 1 off.
At 6 IU's a day I'm leaning out a bit but I was thinking up upping to 8 IU's a day. I'm 6'6'' 272lbs now and I'd like to speed it up some.
Also just started Anadrol 50mg a day with 75mg tren and 200mg cyp every other day.

What do you guys think??

i don't think the drol is a good idea if you are trying to lean out i like the cyp and tren though tren always cuts me up real hard

I'm just hitting the drol for 4 weeks. The GH isn't only for leaning out but overall growth.
My real question was about combining my weekly GH to a 3 day supply EOD???

i have no experience if you decide to try it let us know as im very interested

Well if I do 6IU's a day times 5 days a week or 10IU's a day x 3 days, its still 30IU's. I'm trying to get an answer as to if there is a benifit or not.Are you saying that the Gavin Kane way is BS??

My diet isn't bad and at 6 IU's a day I wasn't shedding fat like crazy but was dropping. Then again, I'm 270 lbs, maybe I need a higher dosage???

red baron comes up as an invalid user

I found him as one word. He doesn't comment on the Gavin Kane but gives the standard 5 on/2 off at 3-8 IU's a day.
