My goals are to loose body fat and im debating whether to run t3. I've been reading alot on t3, but still have a few questions. I dont like the cramps associated with clen, does t3 cause the same cramps? Also ive read t3 burns calories and a lot of people loose muscle because of overdoing cardio. So if on t3 how much is enough cardio? Im 21yrs old, 200lbs, 15%BF. My diet is on target for cutting.
