Single Barbell Workout
Time to shock your system.
Grab your barbell and try this out. Use a weight that you can do some higher reps with, but will be really challenging. I used my antique brass headed shot loading barbell. It doesn't weigh much, but the workout sure shocked my system.
Do NOT rest between sets.
Curls 1 set of 10 (cheat if you have to)
Clean Grip Deadlift 5 reps, then Barbell Hack Squat 5 reps – do this 5 times
Curl 1 set of 10 (cheat if you have to)
Clean & Press 10 reps, then 5 Front Squats – do this combination 5 times
Steinborn Lift from the left with 5 Back Squats
Steinborn Lift from the right with 5 Back Squats

If this doesn't fry you and shock your system, then you are not using enough weight.
