Splitting the Nolva???

...I am taking nolva right now to combat the gyno from my high dose of test e. Does it matter if i split the 3 tabs up or take them all at one time??? I have been splitting them up so far, but i dont really know?

I have done a lot of research because I wanted to know the same thing. Nolvadex can be taken all in one dose. It wont make a difference if you split it into two doses because the half life is so long, so it makes it easier to take in one dose.

Yep, long half life so it doesn't matter.
