PCT for Havoc/Epistane

I was looking at possibly doing a small cycle to havoc but i am a noob when it comes to this stuff (yes i plan on doing plenty of research before i take anything) and one of the thing that was really confusing me is the pct.

if i did a cycle ti would probably be something like

week 1 - 10mg
week 2 - 20mg
week 3 - 20mg
week 4 - 30mg

any help on this would be appreciated

if pct would be necc. you could get by with 6-oxo or something simalir, but like pigmeat, i think it's a waste of money.....research some more.....
