3 cups cereal 8 oz milk (wheaties) or 1.5 cup oatmeal

Couple this with 100mg Prop & 50mg Tren ED, Clenbuterol, and T3 and you have yourself a winner! Obviously, you need to adjust the portions to fit your needs calorically, but this will take fat off of you.
PS - I forgot to mention the Psyllium Husk Powder!

No fruit or veggies? Do you take a multi?
See, that's where I mess upon the carbs, I prefer to get my vit and min from fruit and veggies and so I end up eating like 4-5 servings fo fruit a day and 3-4 of veggies. I think it adds too much sugar. I only eat low glycemic index fruit, but still, it's carbs.

I take a multivit and multimineral...I ate 6 meals a day with veggies during dieting so I wanted to switch it up a few months...I take a fiber supp and plenty of other vitamins. I do eat veggies and some fruit but not alot right now...i will add some in when i start my diet for my show here in a few months.
6:am 4 egg whites/1 whole
1- 40g protein shake
9:am 1 can of tuna w/light miracle whip
12 10oz lean (93/7) ground turkey burgers
5-6oz red skin potatos
3:pm 8oz chicken breast

pwo shake just 40g protein
5:30-6pm 8oz tilapia/pollock
4-6oz red skin potatos
9pm - fat ol protein shake (to fill me up) and off to bed about an hour or so later.
pretty easy. for flavorings and seasonings, i use just about anything. for the potatos, i'll either fry them in a pan (peeling first and slicing thin) using pam. no oil or anything. just butter flavored pam. then add salt and pepper and dip em in ketchup, good ****. at work though, i'll just nuke em till soft then use spray butter for flavor and salt and pepper.

been lokin on here for some good diet advice, dont you guys get sick of eating the same food every day?i take it this is for 7 days a week? only two plans here would be nice to see a few more then i could take a piece form each and have a nice varied diet wiht all the same nutritional values, so if anyone else got any ideas please do tell, me? i got none at all that why im asking, i just eat and eat and eat if it dnt move its on the list and even then if it does move but not quick enough i might just shoot it and eat it too :-)
