Im right behind ya bro...when the shiit gets here...lol Im thinking of what to start with thought...prob around 4 and bump up to 10 by a week or two...Good luck bro.
I figured 2 was safe and go from there. I figured try it for 2 days or so then go up.
start with 4 at least. I think even 6 is a sfe start. i did as you Merc and went 2-4-6-8-10 and 6-10 i noticed i felt it and i think its safe. Just have your 10gms simple carbs per iu and you should be good but i always ate more. Let the games begin! Grow time Merc!
got my tabs today, I stocked up on some gatoraid, and some good sugary snacks just in case. I am taking serious mass as a post workout meal, 2 hours later I had dinner, and then I have some boost waiting as well as a nice chicken breast yummy.
Just watch out for the fat 4 hours after the shot (im assuming you're using log). Other than that. I thought slin helped me look really full

SO tonight I jumped up to 8ius felt it a little bit so I will stick with 8 ius for a while. I dont think there is any need to jump up to a full 10 if I am feeling it at 8. Anyways every thing is going really good. I have got a good system of right after working out I shoot, have a gatoraid with 5gms of creatine drink that down and have a weight gainer shake (either true mass or Serious Mass) take a shower hang out on the couch have dinner off to bed to watch the late show and a few boost right before going to bed.
Anyways so far so good!

Any reason to do slin on non workout days??
i will be starting it soon as well and excited bro...i start at 4 and ramp up from there...glad things are going good for ya Merc..
It will work pretty much the same on non workout days, I do it sometimes with breakfast. It will aid in recovery but you will not have that huge window to suck in nutrients as you do post workout. I think if you have a rest day to eat and sleep and you are really training hard, sure it will help. Just use it with breakfast and dont go cut the yard or anything strenuous when you take it.
