for the first 3 weeks I was on it I could sleep ALL DAY bro, between that and the headaches, bloating and sore joints it was hell for the first few weeks....It gets better bro stick withit

yep, but some amp will take care of that.. or a good NO supplement..

AV HOW MUCH DID YOU BUILD UP TO? HOW MANY IUS?
It's almost embarassing but started with 1.8 IU's EOD. This is better than going hog-wild like some guys do. You don't get the bad joint pains or other negs. It definitely kicks the metabolism up some and gives you a full feeling with decent pumps.Quote:

Take some t-3 for a wk or 2 and it will help bring your metabo up. Only 25mcg ed will do.
