First time T3 user needs advice
I`ve done lots of reading up on the various ways that you can use T3.
Currently considering the difference between 30 days using the build up (75mcg max) and slowly taper down method VS. maybe 6 weeks of low dose (12.5mcg) for nutrient uptake and fat burning.
Will probably run with clen on the 2 on and 2 off with eca method.
No ketofein available in Japan...
Experince:
Lots of cycles
clen
almost everything but HGH.
Currently 212lb at 16%bf running EQ at 500/wk and Var at 75mg ed.
Please advise, you guys are like my light in the darkness.

ok: first of all, u do not take t3 more than 5 weeks supergod......
week1: at 25 mcg in morning time when u wake up
week 2:at 50mcg in morning time, and b4 lifitng by 1 hour
week 3:at 75mcg moring time, b4 lifitng, and bedtime
week 4:at 50 mg morning time, and b4 lifitng by 1 hour
week 5: at 25mcg in moring time
take a lot of potassium, i mean a lot, coz t3 will deflate your muscle and makes u flat.......
clen and t3 is off da hook

ohh make sure u do cardio and watch what you eat, otherwise, no matter what u take(AAS,and if there is no cardio), u will not lose any beef

^Mikey. I have a Novothyral and are 100mcg T-4 and 20mcg T-3. 50mcg of T-4 convert to 15mcg of T-3, so there is 50mcg per tab. Ramping up and down is best. Doing 12.5mcg i personally don't believe would be enough for the fat loss. Iam going to be doing a combo of Albuterol and this^towards the end of my upcomming cycle.

yes i ahve seen em...but t4 is weaker than t3...and i dont believe in 12.5 mg fro fat loss...rampin up and down is better

First time users should follow the 5/40/55 rule until they've done a few cycles of it. You have no way of knowing how you will respond to it and this is the most recommended way to do it. It breaks down like this:
35 day cycle:
5% of cycle ramping up to max dose (apprx 2 days ramping up)
40% of cycle at max dose (14 days)
55% of cycle ramping down to get off slowly (apprx 19 days)
If your max is 75 mcg then this is what it should look like:
Day 1 - 25 mcg
Day 2 - 50 mcg
Days 3-16 - 75 mcg
Days 17-23 - 50 mcg
Days 24-29 - 25 mcg
Days 30-35 - 12.5 mcg
That what I've read over and over for first time users.

Well..in a way because it has to be converted, but i was in the endos and the dr said that having t-4 in it is more synergetic to the bodies natural function. Eh..I donno, lol! Im giving it try and we'll see.

Hey guys, thanks for all the input. I think I`ll do the 5/40/55 method with a small bump to the ramp up, call it 10/35/55 because I don`t want to shock my system as a first time user and don`t know how my body will react to T3. Will use for 5 weeks so probably look like this:
12.5/25/37.5/50/62.5/75/75/75/75/75/75/75/75/75/75/75/75/62.5/62.5/62.5/50/50/50/37.5/37.5/37.5/25/25/25/12.5/12.5/12.5/6.75/6.75/6.75

You can run it numerous ways. I find that if you wish to remain within a low-moderate dosage scheme (below 100mcg/day)... that ramping up, monitoring your BBT, and then ceasing without a slow tapering works great. I've found there to be no rebound, as your thyroid generally recovers very quickly.. supplementing with Guggul's, T-100x, Bladderwrack, etc... would help that along as well. Using 12.5mcg/day would be great if trying to keep lean whilst bulking, or when supplementing during GH usage, but you won't find it that beneficial when greater amounts of bodyfat loss are desired.

What is your reasoning? It's not like it's going to be noticably harder for your thyroid to recover if used longer (within reason).. perhaps you're talking about the potential catabolism from higher dosages (which again, is subjective)? Curious as to your reasoning behind that blanket statement, is all.:thumb:
