I am 25, 5'10" 190 with about 12% bodyfat. I have done about four cycles so far. I already have winny 20 ml bottle and 20 50mg winny tabs, HCG, clomid, tren (but I just got off tren and dont know if i should do it again just yet) and a bottle of EQ thats 10ml 200mg/ml (I think im gonna need more than this) and access to just about anything. I would like to put on some weight without losing my abs. Is this possible?

Only been off tren for about a week. I know I need a break from everything for a little? How fast until I can start up again? Can HCG help speed the process
I was also considering a deca, winny cycle maybe with some anadrol to jump start it instead because I am getting sick of the everyday injections. Its really starting to affect my lifting.
you're thinking about too many different compounds. ever heard of the KISS method? Keep It Simple Stupid,lol.
first off, give yourself a break, that is of utmost importance. stay off for at least a month. run some hcg and clomid for a few weeks to help speed up recovery.
second, on top of the winny, get yourself some test prop. run a prop/tren/winny cycle, if you are in fact at 12%, at 190lbs, i'd say a prop/tren/winny cycle should treat you right. run the prop and tren both at 100mg eod, and the winny at 50mg ed.
How much of the HCG do I use and when should I start it, I have never used it before.
start it when you start to see some atrophy (shrinking) of the nuts. when they start to feel signifcantly smaller, start the hcg. should happen i'd say within a few weeks. i'd go for 500iu twice a week should suffice.
