injection schedule every days on 7 days

for those who injects every day, how do you program your injection schedule per bodypart ?

L bi, R bi, L delt, R delt, L upper quad, R upper quad, L rear delt, R rear delt, L mid quad, R mid quad

so i have a 10 day rotation

I always go quads. I have about 7 or 8 spots on each quad that i like to pick from.

i am with billy....i rotate my quad injects as well....it is the easiest for me

me too! I am squimish(sp?) about quad injections for some reason..

I usually do delts and glutes, absolutely no pain. I did 1cc of Tren and 1cc of T50 and they are sore, i cant remember the last time I felt soreness, oh wait, I remember 1cc of T400 with nothing mixed, that was absolute hell

left side of body till i run out of spots then right etc
