If any of you guys or gals know of a whey isolate that is high in protien and low calories please let me know. I want the best quality possible, it doesnt even have to taste good, just has to have lots of protien and low cals per serve.. Thanks

1 gram proteine is 4 Kcal,
so I don't know what you exactly mean with high protein and low calorie.

Not a mod, but I did stay at a holiday inn express lastnight...
By high protein, low calories he means 99% protein, little carbs and little fat. Isopure has a no carb, whey isolate protein. Taste is mediocre and price is reasonable. I drink it right before cardio.

Some online stores (Protein customizer, protein factory) probably could offer you the same thing and probably a bit cheaper and certainly in bulk if you were interested in that
