Correct conversion on Insulin
Let me get this ABSOULTELY straight....
The Humalog I am looking at is a 10ml vial at 100units/ml. so, on a 1CC slin pin, 10IUs of nsulin would be to the "10" mark {or one-tenth a syringe full} on the pin? When I do GH, 5 units is to the "50" mark on the pin with each unit being 10 ticks.
Thanks,
Farrar

Re: Correct conversion on Insulin
make sure you time your carbs correctly, Humalog is fast acting and not very forgiving.
10g of carbs per IU
add creatine and glutamine to your shake @ 5-10g each.
geta a shake immediately and 50 min. later get a well balanced meal with AMPLE carbs and protein.
Avoid fats 2hrs before and after your inject.

ALSO, keep glucose tabs AND a can of soda on you for the duration. THESE ARE YOUR LIFELINES AND WILL SAVE YOUR ASS!
